Akshit Sahu - a unique mix of depth, edge, and adaptability

From the lanes of Ranchi, India to the heart of Europe in Vienna, my journey has been anything but conventional. I’m Akshit Sahu, also known by many names over the years: Aman, Sahu, Sahubaba, Satoshi and most recently, Sahudaddy. Each nickname marks a distinct chapter of my life, filled with people, stories, and moments that have shaped me into who I am today.

Growing up in New Delhi after my early years in a small Indian town, I was always drawn to the glitz of stardom. Raised on Bollywood dreams with Shahrukh Khan as my idol and a CEO dad as my real-life inspiration, the desire to make a mark has always burned within me. But I took the road that offered more certainty - studying mechanical engineering in India, working across industries from engineering to sales, and eventually moving to Europe for a master’s in management.

Now, at 28, I work as a project manager for a Fortune 500 company in Vienna. How I got here? That's a story only I and the chaos of the last decade truly understand, It's not possible to write it all, even in a book. But through it all, one dream never left me: stepping in front of the camera and capturing my life (which is also backed by a strong personal experience).

Friends, family, even random strangers have told me I have the personality, presence, and poise for modelling. So here I am, finally, ready to chase that long-lost dream. I’m looking to break into luxury menswear modeling on a part-time basis while continuing my corporate career, but obviously I am open to other segments. I don’t believe in choosing one path just yet, because I bring something rare to the table: a balance of ambition, experience, charisma, and a touch of madness (the kind that comes from nearly dying three times chasing adrenaline).

I don’t claim to know it all, but I’ve seen enough of the world to know I bring a unique mix of depth, edge, and adaptability. In the future, whether it’s as a CEO, a celebrated model, or both, my goal is simple: to make a name for myself and inspire people around me. Adios!
